• Digital Browsing Data: Anonymized technical data such as browser type, operating system, pages visited, and interaction timestamps to optimize the responsive performance of our 3D Garment Rail and digital lookbooks.

Your information is employed exclusively for legitimate sartorial craftsmanship purposes:

• To engineer, draft, cut, and tailor individual bespoke paper patterns for your garments.
• To coordinate basting fittings, garment adjustments, and timely handovers.
• To dispatch physical fabric swatch books, white linen samples, and private-label dossiers upon request.
• To maintain your historical bespoke dossier so that future orders can be re-ordered without repeating full physical measurements, unless your posture or dimensions have shifted.

We implement stringent physical and electronic safeguards. Anatomical measurement dossiers are stored within secure, access-controlled systems accessible solely by our master cutters and authorized atelier coordinators.

Zero Sale of Personal Data: Amoga Garments never sells, leases, rents, or monetizes patron personal information or measurement profiles to third-party marketing brokers or advertisers under any circumstance.

We share limited patron data solely with trusted third parties strictly necessary to fulfill our service commitments:

• Premium Logistics Partners: Verified courier and delivery services (e.g. Blue Dart, DHL, India Post Speed Post) solely for dispatching finished bespoke suits, shirting dossiers, and fabric swatches.
• Legal Compliance: When strictly required by applicable Indian statutory law, judicial subpoena, or regulatory directive.
